Is Manage really free?
Yes. Asset registry, scheduling and ticketing are free for up to 200 assets with unlimited users. No credit card, no per-seat fees.
What counts as a monitored asset?
Any piece of equipment or space with at least one active sensor reporting into Service Insight, such as a freezer, incubator or cold room. You can deploy as many devices as you like to the same asset without increasing the price.
Is sensor hardware included in Monitor pricing?
Monitor is software pricing. Sensors and gateways are quoted separately based on your equipment, and our device catalog covers the most common lab instruments.
Why is Maintain priced through sales?
Maintenance programs vary widely in PM frequency, vendor contracts and calibration needs. We scope Maintain with you so you only pay for the program you run.
When does Enterprise make sense?
