Co-founders Anthony Uzzo and James Gregory started their careers working in labs, seeing firsthand how complex the tasks of lab operations are. Believing that they could create solutions to address this complexity, they originally founded Core Informatics, an LIMS & ELN software company for biotech through global pharmaceutical companies. After Core Informatics was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017, they began to work on an even more powerful approach to solving all of the challenges facing lab operations.
